Introducing Ittsy Bittys Spyder!

Spyder was gifted to our youngest daughter for showing and training.  Spyder is a “mini-me” to Laddie, being a 4.5 pound, long-haired red Chihuahua. Their coats are nearly the same color!  Spyder will be 6 years old this fall, and has sired a litter of adorable puppies that carry his white blaze and ideal apple-shaped head.

Spyder is AKC and UKC registered, with points in both clubs. Spyder started showing as a puppy, and earned “Best Puppy” and “Winners Dog”.

Miss N has shown Spyder in two competitions, and earned his UKC Champion title in June.  They plan to compete at the International show in Southwest Washington this fall.

 

Spyder’s niece Summer Rayn was given as a service dog for another member of our family.  It is fun to watch Rayn and Spyder playing together, especially as there is almost 10 pounds between them!

Spyder has been a delightful little addition to our family.  With so many big feet in the house, he doesn’t touch the ground much, but is carried like royalty.  He loves to travel and visit with people.  Spyder was lovingly raised by a Chi breeder that dotes on her fur-babies, and Spyder made an easy transition into our home.  He loves his little girl first, but knows that anyone here will give him belly rubs.  Of course, being in a home with little girls also means playing dress-up, which is patiently endured!
